The Rogue Moto Story

Alex Moore

Alex grew up in a multi-lingual household with globetrotting parents. His mother was a Pan-American stewardess born in Istanbul, Turkey attending international schools in Africa, the Philippines, and Central America. Dad recently retired from a 50+ year career as a fire and explosion engineer who worked in over 70 countries protecting mines and billion-dollar petrochemical facilities. 

Alex has worked in adventure travel, search and rescue, and the language arts over the past 3 decades. He lives in Grand Junction, Colorado with his wife Pennie, and two exceptional children. Together they love overland travel, motorcycling, mountain biking, and snorkeling!

Alex at Rogue Moto was superb to deal with! His operation in Grand Junction Colorado is very professional, a very well laid out operation. We rented three WR250s which came with Tusk racks and Mosko panniers. We also opted for the GPS route planning by Michael, since we were out of country clients. We covered some of the COBDR and some custom trails, in all encompassing 1000 mile loop. Bikes performed without issue, no issues at altitude either. We can highly recommend Rogue Moto and will surely use their services again.
